Alex Mail is a private, non-commercial application used solely by its account owner. It is not offered to the public.
Google user data
With the account owner's explicit authorization, Alex Mail may access Gmail data in order to read, search, organize, and send email on the owner's behalf.
Use and storage
Google user data is used only to provide those personal email functions. OAuth credentials are stored on a private server with access restricted to the account owner and the owner's private agent. Email content may be processed temporarily when performing a requested task and is not retained beyond what is necessary for that task unless the owner explicitly requests retention.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. No Google user data is used to train general-purpose AI models.
Revocation and deletion
The owner may revoke access at any time through the Google Account security settings. Locally stored OAuth credentials and retained data can also be deleted on request.
